For Employers, Business Partners, Recruiters and Candidates
Revision date: 16 October 2026 | Version: 1.1
Effective: upon acceptance of the applicable version during registration/use
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Indore Rozgar Hub website and application and the recruitment-related services offered to employers, candidates, and authorised business partners.
Indore Rozgar Hub (“IRH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship owned by Rohan Parmar, located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Website: https://www.indorerozgarhub.com/. Email: indorerozgarhub@gmail.com. Contact: +91 724-7620043. Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MP-44-0049036.
These Terms apply from the time a person registers on or uses the Platform and affirmatively accepts the applicable version, subject to mandatory law. Registration alone is not treated as consent to unrelated processing of personal data; our separate Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
Commercial terms are disclosed clearly and recorded in writing before a paid service begins. Employer fees are not universally fixed and are agreed in the applicable written service order. Candidate registration is free.
For these Terms, “Company” or “Employer” means a business, organisation, establishment, or authorised representative that approaches IRH for recruitment assistance. “Candidate” means an individual who submits a profile, resume, application, or other information for employment opportunities. “Business Partner” means a person or entity authorised in writing to refer employers, candidates, or recruitment opportunities to IRH. “Services” means job listing, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, recruitment support, placement facilitation, and other services expressly agreed in writing.
“Platform” means the IRH website, application, digital forms, official communication channels, and related systems operated or authorised by IRH. “Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. “Confidential Information” means non-public business, candidate, commercial, technical, or operational information disclosed in connection with the Services.
These Terms apply to use of the Platform and Services, subject to any separate written agreement. Singular words may include the plural and vice versa where the context permits. Headings are for readability only. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between IRH and a Candidate or an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between IRH and an Employer unless a separate written agreement and applicable law establish otherwise.
By accessing the Platform, submitting information, registering, posting a vacancy, requesting recruitment support, or otherwise using the Services, the user confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If a person acts for a company, that person confirms that they are authorised to bind the company to the relevant commitments. A person who does not agree must not use the relevant Services.
Candidates must provide accurate information and must have the legal capacity required to enter into the relevant arrangement. Where a candidate is below the age permitted for the relevant employment, IRH may decline the registration or require lawful guardian involvement where legally appropriate. IRH does not knowingly authorise unlawful child labour or unlawful employment practices.
Electronic records, emails, platform confirmations, and electronic acceptance may be used to document requests and transactions to the extent recognised by applicable law. IRH records the version of these Terms accepted, the date/time, and the relevant account or transaction reference. These Terms do not remove any non-waivable statutory rights or requirements for a separately signed or stamped agreement where applicable.
IRH may assist employers with vacancy publication, candidate sourcing, initial screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, communication, and recruitment coordination. The exact services available for a particular employer will depend on the service package, written proposal, order form, or agreement accepted by the parties.
IRH acts as a recruitment facilitator unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The Employer remains responsible for the final hiring decision, job offer, employment contract, salary, workplace, supervision, statutory employment obligations, and verification appropriate to the role. IRH does not become the employer of a candidate merely by introducing or referring that candidate.
IRH may decline or discontinue a service where information is incomplete, a vacancy appears misleading or unlawful, a party breaches these Terms, payment obligations are not met, or continued service may create legal, safety, fraud, or reputational risks. We will aim to communicate material service changes where reasonably practicable. No clause guarantees that a vacancy will be filled or that a particular number of suitable candidates will be available.
Employers must provide genuine and current business information, including the legal or trading name, business address, authorised contact person, official email or phone number, nature of business, and vacancy details. IRH may request reasonable verification documents, including business registration or Udyam particulars, GST information where applicable, and proof that the person posting a vacancy is authorised to act for the employer. Company accounts are subject to admin verification before they can post jobs.
Indore Rozgar Hub operates as a sole proprietorship under the brand “Indore Rozgar Hub”. The proprietor is Rohan Parmar. Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MP-44-0049036. Udyam registration is not a recruitment licence or a government endorsement of the Services.
Employers must promptly correct inaccurate information and must not post fake vacancies, impersonate another organisation, or collect candidate information for unrelated purposes. IRH may request clarification, decline or remove a listing, or temporarily suspend access while a reasonable authenticity or safety concern is investigated. Verification is not a guarantee of an employer’s conduct, solvency, workplace conditions, or future performance.
Employers must ensure each vacancy is genuine, current, and described accurately. A posting should include the job title, responsibilities, required qualifications and experience, work location, employment type, salary or salary range where practicable, working hours or shift details where relevant, selection stages, and any material conditions of employment. Material changes or closure of a vacancy should be communicated to IRH promptly.
Vacancies must not contain unlawful discrimination, misleading salary claims, false employer identities, unlawful recruitment charges, requests for passwords or banking credentials, or any other content prohibited by law. Employers must not use recruitment to obtain unpaid productive work under false pretences, collect sensitive information without a lawful need, or make an offer conditional on an unlawful payment.
IRH may edit formatting for clarity, request supporting details, reject a posting, or remove it if it appears incomplete, expired, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise non-compliant. Employers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they supply, including the job conditions ultimately offered to a selected candidate.
Candidates must provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering, submitting a resume, applying for a vacancy, or communicating with IRH or an Employer. This may include contact details, education, skills, work history, certifications, preferred location, availability, and salary expectations. Candidates must not submit forged certificates, fabricated experience, another person’s resume, or information they are not authorised to disclose.
Candidates should review their profile and promptly correct any material error. IRH may request reasonable clarification or supporting documents for recruitment purposes, but candidates should share only information relevant to the process and should avoid sending passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
IRH may suspend or remove a profile where there is credible evidence of fraud, impersonation, abusive conduct, repeated false information, or unlawful use of the Platform. Any review will be proportionate to the concern and subject to applicable law. A candidate’s registration does not create an employment guarantee, an entitlement to an interview, or a promise of selection by any Employer.
IRH may conduct preliminary screening based on information supplied by the Candidate and the requirements communicated by the Employer. Screening may include resume review, eligibility questions, skills information, availability, and interview coordination. Unless expressly agreed in writing, IRH does not provide a guarantee of the completeness or independent verification of every statement in a candidate profile.
Employers are responsible for their own final interviews, reference checks, qualification verification, background checks, medical checks, and right-to-work checks where appropriate and lawful. Such checks must be proportionate to the role, conducted with any required notice or consent, and compliant with applicable privacy and employment laws.
Candidates are responsible for attending scheduled interviews, communicating delays or withdrawal promptly, and representing their qualifications honestly. Interview schedules and selection timelines may change due to employer requirements or circumstances outside IRH’s control. IRH will use reasonable efforts to coordinate communication but cannot compel an Employer to interview, select, or hire a Candidate.
IRH provides recruitment assistance and does not promise that any Candidate will receive an interview, offer, placement, specific salary, promotion, or continued employment. Hiring decisions are made by the Employer based on its requirements and the candidate’s suitability. Vacancy availability, hiring budgets, business conditions, and employer decisions may change without notice.
Any salary range, job description, benefits statement, joining date, or other employment condition communicated during recruitment is based on information supplied by the Employer and should be confirmed directly with the Employer in a written offer or employment contract. Candidates should not resign from existing employment, relocate, pay expenses, or make irreversible decisions solely on the basis of an informal discussion or preliminary communication.
IRH will not knowingly advertise a guaranteed job outcome where no such guarantee can lawfully and genuinely be given. If IRH separately offers a written placement guarantee or replacement service to an Employer, the conditions, exclusions, duration, and remedies will be set out in the applicable signed service agreement.
IRH does not currently have one universal fixed employer fee for recruitment services. Before recruitment work begins, the applicable employer and IRH will record the agreed service, fee amount or calculation method, applicable taxes, invoice details, and payment trigger in a written service order, email confirmation, invoice, or signed agreement. No undisclosed or unagreed fee will be charged.
Unless a signed service order states otherwise, the agreed Employer recruitment fee is due within two (2) working days after the candidate actually joins the Employer. The service order will specify the fee or calculation method, applicable taxes, invoice recipient, and acceptable evidence of the joining date. “Working days” excludes weekly holidays and public/bank holidays applicable to the payment location, subject to the final service order.
Online packages: Employers may also purchase subscription packages on the Platform (Silver or Gold) that unlock job-posting limits and features for a stated duration. The price, duration, and features of each package are shown on our Pricing page and before payment. A package is activated on the employer’s account immediately after successful payment. Online payments are processed through our authorised third-party payment gateway; IRH does not store full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Cancellations and refunds for packages are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any tax, including GST, will be charged only as applicable under law and according to the business’s actual tax registration and invoicing obligations. Employers should raise a genuine invoice dispute promptly in writing. Late fees, interest, or recovery costs may be charged only where properly agreed and legally permissible.
Unless separately agreed in writing, no advance recruitment fee is payable by the Employer. The agreed Employer fee is payable within two (2) working days after the candidate actually joins the Employer. The applicable service order will state the fee or calculation method, taxes, invoice/payment process, and how the joining date will be evidenced.
A replacement request may be considered if the placed candidate leaves or the employment ends within seven (7) calendar days after the candidate’s actual joining date. This is a replacement window, not an unconditional guarantee. The Employer service order will define eligible reasons, the written-notice deadline and required evidence, whether the Employer must have paid the invoice, the number and scope of replacement attempts, exclusions (including role changes, workplace or salary changes, redundancy, or Employer breach), and the time allowed to source a replacement. No automatic refund is promised. Any no-refund or replacement term remains subject to applicable law and cannot remove non-waivable statutory rights.
A replacement is a recruitment service, not a guarantee that another candidate will accept an offer or join. If no replacement period or conditions have been agreed in writing, the parties must settle those terms before the relevant recruitment assignment begins.
Candidate registration on the Indore Rozgar Hub website/application is free of charge. No candidate registration fee will be collected. Any optional paid service, if introduced later, will be separately described and will not be presented as a condition of accessing a job unless lawful and expressly disclosed. Before any candidate-facing charge is introduced, IRH will disclose the service, amount, applicable taxes, refund/cancellation terms and payment recipient before payment, and obtain any required acceptance.
No candidate commission or placement charge is currently payable to IRH under these Terms. If any such charge is introduced in future, it will apply only where lawful, after the final terms (exact calculation base, due date, payment method, tax treatment, and refund/cancellation handling) are clearly disclosed and accepted in advance. No charge will be deducted from a candidate’s wages.
No payment guarantees an interview, selection, job offer, salary, or continued employment. Candidates must not be pressured to pay money to secure a job or interview, and no charge may be hidden or misrepresented. Receipts and clear complaint channels are maintained for every lawful payment collected.
Candidates who apply through the Indore Rozgar Hub website or application should upload their resume through the designated application form and provide only information relevant to recruitment. IRH may use submitted information to manage the candidate profile, assess potential job matches, communicate about vacancies, and, where there is an appropriate legal basis and required notice or consent, share relevant details with prospective employers.
Candidates are told which information is required, which is optional, how it may be shared, and how they can make privacy requests. Resume upload is not treated as blanket permission for unrelated marketing or unrestricted disclosure. Employers receiving resumes must use them only for legitimate recruitment purposes and protect them from unauthorised access or onward disclosure.
Detailed information about data collection, lawful use, sharing, security, retention, deletion, and grievance handling is set out in our separate Privacy Policy. IRH does not collect passwords, OTPs, or unrelated sensitive information through the resume form.
Each party may receive confidential information belonging to the other party or to a Candidate, including non-public hiring plans, candidate profiles, salary information, pricing, business strategies, contact lists, processes, and documents. The receiving party must use such information only for the purpose for which it was provided and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that the receiving party can demonstrate is public through no breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, was independently developed without using confidential information, or was lawfully received from another source without a confidentiality restriction. If disclosure is required by law or a competent authority, the receiving party may disclose only what is required and, where lawful and practicable, provide prior notice to the disclosing party.
On termination or a reasonable written request, confidential information should be returned or securely deleted where practicable, except where retention is required by law, legitimate recordkeeping, dispute preservation, or system backups subject to appropriate safeguards. These confidentiality duties continue for as long as the information remains confidential, subject to applicable law and any separate non-disclosure agreement.
Users must not use the Platform or Services for fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, unlawful data collection, spam, malware, unauthorised access, misleading job advertisements, or any activity prohibited by law. Users must not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or attempt to disrupt the Platform or bypass security controls.
Examples of prohibited conduct include fake vacancies, fake offer letters, false company identities, requests for OTPs or banking passwords, unauthorised candidate-data resale, forged qualifications, bribes, and undisclosed charges represented as compulsory for employment. Users must report suspected scams or impersonation through the official contact channel and should not make payments to personal accounts unless the transaction is verified and lawfully authorised.
Where there is a reasonable basis to suspect misuse, IRH may remove content, pause a listing, restrict access, request verification, preserve relevant records where lawful, or terminate access. Measures will be proportionate to the circumstances and do not prevent a party from contacting appropriate authorities or exercising legal rights.
Impersonation and third-party fraud: Users should verify that communications claiming to be from Indore Rozgar Hub originate from the official website, email address, or contact number listed in these Terms. IRH will not knowingly authorise unrelated persons to collect money or personal information using its name. If a third party impersonates IRH without its authorisation, users should promptly report the incident and preserve relevant evidence. Responsibility for any incident will be determined by the facts and applicable law; this clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or relieve IRH of duties imposed by law.
The Platform’s branding, logo, original text, design, software, and other materials owned by IRH are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may access them only for ordinary use of the Services and must not copy, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where applicable law permits.
A user who submits a job description, company logo, resume, or other content confirms that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide it for the stated recruitment purpose. The user grants IRH a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, display, and share that content as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services and promote the relevant vacancy or recruitment activity as authorised.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the user’s content. Content may be removed when a vacancy expires, a user requests removal where appropriate, or continued display would be unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms. Any use of a company logo or candidate testimonial for broader marketing will have appropriate authorisation and comply with applicable law.
IRH will use reasonable efforts to provide reliable access to its website and Services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, connectivity failures, cybersecurity events, or circumstances beyond IRH’s reasonable control.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, job portals, communication tools, payment processors, or software. Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. IRH does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for independent content or conduct except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law or expressly accepted in a written agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, IRH does not warrant that every vacancy or candidate profile will be error-free, that a candidate will be suitable for every role, or that recruitment will produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantee, consumer right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users should independently verify material employment conditions before making decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRH will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or decisions made by an Employer or Candidate based on incomplete information supplied by another party. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where legally permissible, IRH’s total liability arising from a particular paid Employer service will be limited to the fees actually paid to IRH for that specific service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the signed service agreement specifies a different lawful limit.
A party that breaches these Terms or supplies unlawful content may be responsible for losses directly caused by that breach, subject to proof, applicable law, and the duty to mitigate loss. Any indemnity is limited to claims arising from that party’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or infringement, and does not shift responsibility for IRH’s own unlawful acts. Nothing in this section prevents lawful remedies or statutory claims.
A user may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual obligations. Employer engagements may be ended in accordance with the applicable written service order, including any agreed notice, committed fees, and cancellation terms. Candidates may request profile closure or deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention obligations and the Privacy Policy.
IRH may suspend or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, provides false information, engages in suspected fraud or harassment, posts a fake vacancy, misuses candidate information, or creates a reasonable legal or safety risk. Where practicable, IRH will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, except where urgent action is reasonably needed.
Termination does not cancel fees already due under an agreed service order, lawful recordkeeping requirements, confidentiality duties, or provisions intended to survive termination. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users may submit a complaint or service query to indorerozgarhub@gmail.com or call +91 724-7620043. Complaints should identify the relevant account, vacancy, invoice, payment, or communication and explain the concern. IRH will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time or the period required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and non-waivable rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes. This clause does not prevent a person from approaching a regulator, statutory authority, consumer forum, or court where the law permits.
A complaint to IRH does not remove any statutory rights or remedies available to an employer, candidate, or other eligible person.
IRH may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Services, business processes, technology, or applicable law. The latest version will be published on the Platform with an updated revision date. Where a change materially affects existing contractual rights or where law requires it, IRH will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed acceptance or consent where necessary. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights unless legally permitted and clearly agreed.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. Users may not transfer their contractual rights or obligations without consent where consent is required; IRH may transfer the Services as part of a lawful business restructuring, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable signed service agreement, form the relevant understanding concerning the Services. A signed Employer agreement will govern specific commercial terms where it clearly says so. No informal statement should be treated as a change to a signed agreement unless documented and accepted in the manner required by that agreement and applicable law.
