For Candidates, Employers, Business Partners and Visitors
Revision date: 17 October 2026 | Version: 1.1
This Privacy Policy explains how Indore Rozgar Hub (“IRH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use the Indore Rozgar Hub website https://www.indorerozgarhub.com/, mobile application, digital forms, and official communication channels (together, the “Platform”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Indore Rozgar Hub is a sole proprietorship owned by Rohan Parmar, located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MP-44-0049036). For the purposes of applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent in force, IRH acts as the data fiduciary for personal data processed through the Platform.
“Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. “Candidate” means an individual who submits a profile, resume, application, or other information for employment opportunities. “Employer” or “Company” means a business, organisation, or authorised representative that uses the Platform for recruitment. “Processing” includes collecting, recording, storing, using, sharing, and deleting personal data. Other capitalised terms have the meaning given in our Terms & Conditions.
We collect only information that is relevant to recruitment and to operating the Platform. Fields marked as required on a form are necessary to provide the relevant service; other fields are optional.
From candidates: full name, mobile number, email address, profile photo (optional), city/location, education, work experience, skills, certifications, preferred job location, availability, salary expectations, resume, and the jobs you apply to or save.
From employers: company legal or trading name, authorised contact person, official email address, mobile number, website, business address, city/state, GST number where applicable, Udyam or other business-registration particulars, industry category, company logo, verification documents, and vacancy details.
Payment information: when an employer purchases a package, we receive the transaction reference, amount, package, payment status, and date/time from our payment gateway. Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, and net-banking credentials are entered directly on the payment gateway’s secure page and are not collected or stored by IRH.
Communications: messages you send through the Contact Us page, company enquiry form, support tickets, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Automatically: technical log information such as IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention, and to keep the Platform running reliably.
We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, bank account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through the resume form or by phone. Please do not share such information with anyone claiming to represent IRH.
We use personal data for the following purposes:
• to create, verify, and manage candidate and employer accounts;
• to review and approve employer registrations before they can post jobs or view candidate details;
• to publish vacancies and match candidates with relevant job openings;
• to share a candidate’s profile and application with the employer whose vacancy they apply to, and to coordinate screening and interviews;
• to send OTPs, account, application, interview, and job-status notifications;
• to process package purchases, issue invoices/receipts, and handle refunds;
• to respond to queries, complaints, and support tickets;
• to detect and prevent fraud, fake vacancies, impersonation, abuse, or unauthorised access;
• to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
• to maintain and improve the website and mobile app.
A resume upload is not treated as permission for unrelated marketing or unrestricted disclosure. Where we wish to send promotional communications, we will do so only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent given when you register, apply, or submit a form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as complying with legal obligations, responding to legal requests, preventing fraud, and ensuring safety. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, but we may be unable to continue providing services that depend on that data.
With employers: a candidate’s profile and application details are shared only with the specific employer whose vacancy the candidate applies to or for which IRH, with the candidate’s knowledge, proposes the candidate. Employers receiving candidate data must use it only for legitimate recruitment purposes and must protect it from unauthorised access or onward disclosure.
Publicly: employer details shown on job listings are limited to what is needed for that listing (company name, logo, industry, location, and vacancy details).
With service providers: we use trusted third parties to operate the Platform, such as hosting providers, SMS/OTP and email service providers, and payment gateways. They process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing their service to us.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, a court order, or a competent government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IRH, our users, or the public.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Candidate and employer accounts on the website sign in using a mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number. OTPs are six digits, time-limited, and used only to confirm ownership of the mobile number on the account, whether at registration or at login. Employer accounts additionally require admin approval before login is permitted, even after mobile verification is complete.
Once you log in, your session stays active until you sign out yourself. For your security, only one active login session is allowed per account at a time: logging in from a new device or browser will automatically end any other session that was open on that account.
We use reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed storage of credentials and OTPs, automatic OTP expiry, and access controls that restrict uploaded documents such as resumes, logos, and verification documents to authorised personnel who need them to operate the Platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly on any suspected breach, including notifying affected users and authorities where required by law.
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services. After an account is closed, or when the purpose for which data was collected is fulfilled, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, payment, invoice, and tax records, or records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law). Backups are overwritten in the normal course.
We use cookies and browser session storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and protect your account (for example, to detect when an account has logged in from a new device). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• correct, complete, or update inaccurate or outdated information;
• request erasure of your personal data and closure of your account;
• withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where permitted by law; and
• raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, approach the competent authority.
You can update most profile information yourself by logging into your account. For other requests, raise a support ticket from your dashboard, use the Contact Us page, or email the Grievance Officer below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The Platform is intended for individuals who are legally eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age permitted for the relevant employment without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required by law, and IRH does not knowingly authorise unlawful child labour. Any account found to belong to a child without such consent may be removed.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and IRH is not responsible for their independent practices.
IRH will never ask you to pay money to secure a job or interview, or ask for your OTP, banking password, or card PIN. Verify that any communication claiming to be from Indore Rozgar Hub comes from our official website, email address, or contact number listed below. If you receive a suspicious message, do not share information or make a payment, and report it to us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will provide appropriate notice and seek fresh consent where required.
If you have any question, request, or complaint about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your grievance and aim to resolve it within the time required by applicable law.
